There's still a stigma associated with seeking help from mental health professionals, especially within the African American community. We're fostering a dialogue with a licensed mental health professional on how to recognize when you or a loved one need help and how to ask for help.

Featured Speaker: Zaneta Ellison, owner of New Vision Behavior Health, Inc., is a licensed mental health counselor who provides behavioral health services to people of all ages, including individual, couples and family counseling. She also specializes in anger management, parenting classes and groups focused on women-centered complexities.

RSVP ends Friday, March 29, 2019.
